RealVNC is a remote access software package with an annual aubscription. RealVNC allows you to access remote computers (ex- point of sale servers and registers, quickbooks computers etc…).
This is a yearly renewing subscription that will auto-pay via paypal. A 30 day notice is required to cancel the subscription. We cannot refund the annual charge after it begins again due to RealVNC licensing procedures.
MBC will send a RealVNC license within 48 hours of initial purchase. This will be installed on the computer you want to access remotely. You will also be allowed to create users to access the remote computer.
